Theresa Palmer started her career in the health care field at 16 when she received her first job at Natures Pantry in Fishkill, NY. She was able to learn a great deal about healing the body naturally under the tutelage of her boss Richard. When she was 17 she was in a car accident and fractured 3 vertebrae. During her recovery she found massage to be a crucial part of her physical therapy. This is what started her passion for massage and hope to be able to help others in need of pain relief as well as stress reduction. She was able to attend the Hudson valley school of massage in West Park, NY and became a licensed massage therapist in 2002. Since then she has worked privately as well as alongside medical doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors and physical therapists to help in the care of injured clients. In 2013 she decided to move and expand her private practice into the beautiful village of Rhinebeck, NY and opened I Kneaded This. Soon Theresa decided she wanted to expand her skills further and enrolled in the aesthetic science institute in Latham, NY. In 2015 she was thrilled to become a NY state licensed esthetician also. She is always looking for ways to promote health and wellness and when she was introduced to the Shaklee product line she couldn’t wait to start sharing the products with her clients. She felt this product line was so pure and would be beneficial in assisting them in their efforts to attain overall wellness and to introduce them to a non-toxic way to clean their homes. The Shaklee product line is a wonderful addition to her current all natural product lines already in her shop 100% Pure skin care, Shyra Esthetics, and Doterra essential oils. Growing in this profession is her passion and she looks forward to continually learning along her journey.
Sheila O’Riley was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. She began studying massage therapy in 2003 and received her license in 2005. She believes regular massage to be a valuable tool for combating both chronic pain, and the daily stresses that add to anxiety, and are increasingly common in the 21st century. She combines both a compassionate and scientific approach to her practice. She believes that to be an effective massage therapist you truly need to care about, and listen to the client and their concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and biking the numerous trails throughout the area, and tending to her garden. She felt privileged to join the team at I Kneaded This three years ago.
Ashley Gannon Is a certified Raindrop Therapist as well as Reiki practitioner and ordained minister. Ashley also is a Hula Hoop instructor and is the founder of Hoop for a Better Tomorrow offering fun filled classes and parties as well as hand made hoops.

ated by the world of beauty since the age of five. She could never keep her hands off her mothers and sisters beauty products. When she was fourteen years old, she began working at her sisters nail salon, being there for twelve years it opened her eyes and heart to the beauty industry. With the money she earned she was able to put herself through college. Nhu-y attended Dutchess Community College, where she studied business administrations. She dreamt of many different career paths she could take. But it was when her family and friend came to her for all their beauty needs, she knew exactly where she wanted to be. What started out as a hobby, turned into her career! She was a self-taught makeup artist, until she decided this was the path she wanted to take. She wanted it to be official, so she set off to get certified. She then attended Face Stockholm and became certified in professional makeup application and bridal makeup. That wasn’t enough, though. With a vision of becoming an esthetician, Nhu-y attending Capri Cosmetology for esthetics, where she became certified in facials, waxing, body treatments, ear piercing and more. The same year, she got her certification in threading trough Reborn Threading and her third makeup certification through Make-up Designory. With over ten years of experience in the beauty industry, Nhu-y is on a mission to make every woman feel confident. She pours her heart and soul into her work in the hopes to make everyone feel beautiful.
